Job Title	Project Manager
Location	Tokyo
Qualifications	Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 7 years experience in design or construction. Minimum 3 years experience in international project management, from concept stage to handover. Practical expertise in the implementation of project management processes and methods. Knowledge of contractual and legal issues during international construction projects along with a pragmatic approach for dealing with them. English proficiency sufficient to perform duties in an English-language work environment along with Japanese proficiency sufficient to communicate with Japanese architects and engineers.

Candidate selection process
