Job Title Project Manager
Location Tokyo
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years experience in design or construction.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in international project management, from concept stage to handover.
  • Practical expertise in the implementation of project management processes and methods.
  • Knowledge of contractual and legal issues during international construction projects along with a pragmatic approach for dealing with them.
  • English proficiency sufficient to perform duties in an English-language work environment along with Japanese proficiency sufficient to communicate with Japanese architects and engineers.

Candidate selection process

Step 1
