Nikken Sekkei expresses its deepest sympathy for the tragic losses and great suffering bought by the Tohoku Earthquake on Friday, March 11.  The Company looks forward to a quick recovery from this natural disaster and is considering ways in which it can support the relief efforts.

Also, Nikken Sekkei would like to express its gratitude for the many messages of concern and support sent to us from our friends and partners outside of Japan.  We look forward to your continued support in the wake of this terrible disaster.

Upon review throughout the Nikken Sekkei Group we are able to confirm that all our staff and facilities are safe.  While normal business operations are continuing, some impact on services may occur due to disruption of utilities and transportation.  We will post updates accordingly and appreciate your ongoing understanding.

In the interests of safety and part of our support effort, Nikken Sekkei has established a disaster countermeasure task force to assess all Nikken designed structures in the affected area and provide support where it can.
