Beijing Television Center of China is a new broadcasting headquarters located at the center of the Central Business District along Jianguo Road stretching from Tian An Men Square.
The complex consists of headquarters, broadcasting facilities, studios, theaters, and the public welfare offices. The functions of headquarter and the broadcasting department is comprised within the main tower which has adopted rigid and flexible super structure with huge atrium at its center giving unity and comfort to its environment. The studio department is located adjacently west to the main with various sized studios in layers realizing the efficient use of its location as an urban broadcasting center.
