Outline

Located at a waterfront area under redevelopment, the site demanded the balanced integration of workplaces, entertainment facilities, and residential units within a vast reclaimed area of 670,000 m2. The project successfully resulted in an attractive cityscape and oasis-like waterfront area. The three towers have created a new landmark while the low-rise facilities, with their distinctive curves, add greater visual diversity within the cityscape. The area features abundant flowers and greenery, which help define this particular community. The plan was carried out with enthusiastic involvement from the local municipality, and it marks a new direction for the Harumi area.
