“Mixed-use” refers to the planning and design of development projects containing more than one type of use within a single building or a complex set of buildings, such as the combination of residential, commercial, office, hotel and so on. Such projects require in depth technical knowhow, experience and wide range of expertise to work in an integrated and highly coordinated manner to deliver a truly successful project. The selected examples in this section present a variety of mixed use development projects from Japan and Overseas.
