This complex redevelopment of more than 50 combined properties took 10 years to realize, resulting in 1st floor retail stores, offices from 2nd to 9th floors and condominiums from 10th to 14th floors. Office floor space is maximized with vertical circulation and service cores at north and south extremities yielding 4,350 square meters of clear office space per floor. The condominiums are seismically isolated from the office floor below and an expansive roof garden for residents on the exposed portion of the office roof doubles as a disaster evacuation site at the 10th floor.
