Outline

This condominium complex was designed to blend in with the Chidorigafuchi cityscape, allowing residents to make the most of the surrounding natural world. It was created with an eye to long-term use and adaptability to meet future needs. The exterior glass resembles a folding screen that reflects the sky, while the outwardly projecting view windows overlook the Imperial Palace forest. The building has an atrium with a double lattice façade and offers a distinctive shared space filled with natural light. The complex is highly resistant to earthquakes and allows flexible modification of dwelling size and configuration for enduring long-term value.
