Outline

This warm and enjoyable commercial complex is located in a low-rise zone and provides a contrast with the high-rise office building areas adjacent. About 70 shops are situated in an island-like configuration around three terraces along the canal. Visitors are encouraged to stroll leisurely between detached shops. The open, two-story mall space is curved and street-like, with a pleasant and sunny vista.
