Akihiro Mine

Akihiro Mine joined Nikken Sekkei in 1988 after graduating from the School of Law and Politics at Kwansei Gakuin University. Since joining, he has been engaged in general finance, accounting and tax, development of accounting systems, personnel, payroll and social insurance, management and operation of company assets, and litigation and public relations in the General Affairs Department at the Osaka Office. In 2005, he moved to the Tokyo head office, where he has been involved in the development and maintenance of human resources development and training systems, planning and management of personnel systems, hiring of new graduates and career recruitment, planning and management of industrial health policies, handling labor issues, developing BCP plans, and human rights awareness activities. He is currently actively involved in the overall management of administration, compliance activities for the Nikken Group, and human rights awareness activities, utilizing his diverse and broad range of experience.
