Kenichi Nagataki

Mr. Nagataki joined Sumitomo Life Insurance Company after graduating from Kobe University in 1984 with a degree in Business Administration. After posts in the company’s domestic retail sales and marketing, human resources and accounting departments, he served as a board member and full-time audit committee member from 2019. From 2024, he serves as a board member and a member of the audit and supervisory committee at Nikken Sekkei. Utilizing his wide work experience, he strives to strengthen corporate governance and enhance internal controls and risk management in order to ensure the company’s strong, sound growth in an increasingly complex and diverse environment.
