Motohisa Takanashi

After graduating from Hosei University, Motohisa Takanashi worked at architectural firms in Japan, worked as an instructor of Architecture and Civil Engineering department at National Polytechnic College in Ipoh, Malaysia, and then joined Nikken Sekkei in 1987.
Over 30 years of his carrier in Nikken Sekkei, he has been involved in architectural designs of various fields, including mixed use facilities, offices, marine education center facilities, baseball stadiums, auditoriums, museums, manufacturing and logistics facilities.
He has been in charge of 20 international projects in 8 countries and regions (Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Korea, China, USA, and Taiwan). In 2016, he took over the Chief Representative of the Vietnam representative offices to manage the projects in Vietnam and the other ASEAN countries.
