He joined the company in 2007 and gained experience in highly complex facilities design—including super-tall office buildings and data centers—in the Facilities Department (Architectural Design Department).Since 2016, as a designer, consultant, and planner specializing in building lifecycle design and extending the service life of buildings, he has been involved in developing and promoting various new business initiatives. He works closely with clients on a broad and in-depth basis, not only in renovation design but also in formulating strategic and practical building maintenance plans and proposing ZEB-compliant renovations.He is also the developer of an outdoor unit greening system installed on building rooftops that helps reduce environmental impact, and he is actively working to promote its widespread adoption. He holds licenses as a First-Class Architect and a First-Class Architect for Mechanical and Electrical Systems Design.
