Tomiyuki Hirano

Tomiyuki Hirano joined Nikken Sekkei in 1983. Works in Osaka as a structural designer. Major projects include structural design for the Mainichi Broadcasting Headquarters Building and Kobe Customs Headquarters, and construction supervision for the Osaka World Trade Center Building. In 1997, transferred to the Tokyo Technical Development and Design Office, where he worked on project management for facilities related to nuclear power. In charge of legal affairs at the Management Office from 2005. He is also a registered first-class architect.
