A new type of residence, never before seen in Moscow, is under construction in Botanischesky Sad. With the cooperation of Nikken Sekkei, Russia’s Pioneer Group, which is participating in this redevelopment project, is developing one of the project’s centerpieces, a residential complex marketed under the brand, “LIFE”.
The new sales office of the residential district LIFE-Botanichesky Sad, designed by NIKKEN SEKKEI has been created to provide the latest information about TOD, current and future Residential and Mixed Developments.
The concept of LIFE “in a green corner” in the city center is reflected not only in the residential district, but also in the new innovative sales office, filled with the spirit of Eastern philosophy.
The center is one of the most well conceived centers in Russia and Europe using Japanese knowledge complimented with global experience
At the beginning of this month, the center was visited by a high profile delegation from Japan, including officials from the MLIT, Japanese Embassy, and business leaders, prior to their talks with Russia’s Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities.

Новый шоу-рум жилого квартала «LIFE-Ботанический сад», спроектированный «Никкен Сэккей», призван знакомить потенциальных покупателей с актуальной информации о развитии этого транспортно-ориентированного проекта, о ходе строительства жилых домов и зданий многофункционального назначения.
