MONGOL TOWER — Icon of Modern Mongolia —

MONGOL TOWER Conceptual Master Planning By NIKKEN SEKKEI

The Mongol Tower is conceived as a complex facility, housing a luxury five-star hotel, serviced apartments, A-grade offices and various commercial facilities. The top floor will feature an observation deck with spectacular views of Ulaanbaatar, as well as a members-only lounge.
Located in the heart of Ulaanbaatar’ s Central Business District (CBD), the site faces Chinggis Avenue and sits just 500m from Chinggi s Khaan Square, the very center of the Mongolian capital.
To secure panoramic views, Mongol Tower furnishes an open aspect in the horizontal direction. The ratio of glass to concrete on the exterior increases gradually from the lower to higher floors, creating a tower that seems to rise up from the earth and melt into the sky.
With a height of 301m, total floor space of approximately 170,000sqm spread out over 68 floors above ground and four below, Mongol Tower will stand out as one of Mongolia's premier complexes.
