Location : Shanghai, ChinaTotal floor area : Approx. 500,000 m2Located adjacent to Shanghai South Railway Station, a key terminal in the southern part of the city, this large-scale mixed-use redevelopment connects high-rise offices, retail, cultural facilities, and an expansive urban park. The project features a network of pedestrian walkways with a total length of 800 meters, five public pla-zas of approximately 1,000 square meters each, and lush green spaces totaling 90,000 square meters—around 15 percent of the entire site. Together, these elements create a low-carbon, human-scaled green cityscape.
