Guided by the concepts of a human-centered city, a living laboratory, and ever-evolving city, Phase 1 comprises 14 buildings—including offices, residential complexes, a welcome center, and a multilevel parking facility—each designed to be inherently flexible to adapt to future change. Through measures such as the use of well water and cascading rain-water systems, the project became the first in Japan to earn LEED for Communities Platinum certification.モビリティのためテストコースTest Course of Mobility
