The use of BIOSKIN* made this building a pioneering effort showing how architecture friendly to the urban environment should be, and new possibilities for sustainable architecture were demonstrated here. In addition, practical ingenuity unfettered by preconceived notions was applied for the comprehensive enhancement of the office building’s intellectual productivity, business continuity, and reduced environmental impact. All these points were very highly appraised.
