Japan Pavilion | The pavilion embodies the theme “cycle of life” with simple details. Forest of Tranquility | The forest comprises 1,500 trees, including those transplanted from Expo '70 Commemorative Park and various parks within Osaka Prefecture. Digital simulations were employed to recreate a natural forest. Sumitomo Pavilion | The pavilion symbolizes Besshi's peak, the foundation of Sumitomo Group's development.Trees from Sumitomo’s Forest are used without waste as plywood, and a tree-planting experience promotes the forest's environmental cycle. Gas Pavilion Obake Wonderland | Under the theme "Bakero – Shape Our Future!", this pavilion aims to create an imaginative carbon-neutral society with innovative spaces and experiences utilizing radiative cooling membranes and leased steel commonly used as excavation support. Electric Power Pavilion - Eggs of Possibilities | The egg-shaped exterior symbolizes something new being born. Its Voronoi-structured outer shell, composed of various flat surfaces, and the silver-colored membrane change appearance with the weather and time of day.
