Top Level Pediatric Care Facility
Founded in 1952 as China’s first national children’s hospital, this Shanghai-based facility is a top-level 500-bed center for children’s healthcare, education, and research. Specialist treatment domains include Pediatrics, Pediatric Surgery, Infectious Diseases, Dermatology, Otorhinolaryngology (head and neck), and Anesthesiology. The facility has also established centers for Pediatric Rehabilitation and Pediatric Epilepsy. Following Chinese tradition, wards are facing south and windows are equipped with sunshade devices.
