Proud Shukugawa Natsugi-cho

The project site is located in Natsugi-cho, Nishinomiya City, where the atmosphere of the area has been preserved since the project's inception in Showa 7. This low-rise housing complex, comprising 27 units, is situated on the shore of Niteko Pond, which reflects the greenery of a vast residential forest on the water. The landscape, meticulously crafted to harmonize with the verdant surroundings of Mt. Rokko, seamlessly integrates with the surrounding low-rise residential structures.The architectural design, characterized by its low-rise configuration, is deliberately planned to mirror the natural topography, while the division into sections fosters a sense of autonomy and independence. The project has been certified as a long-term residence, ensuring enhanced durability, ease of maintenance, and renewability. This certification ensures that the residence will provide a long-term living experience characterized by pride and affection.
