Hiroshi Sogabe

In 1993, after completing his studies in the Department of Sanitary Engineering at the Graduate School of Engineering, Kyoto University, he joined Nikken Sekkei. He has been engaged in the planning and design of urban environmental facilities, as well as environmental surveys and conservation work.
He has been involved in projects for “venous” infrastructure facilities—such as waste treatment facilities, final disposal sites, wastewater treatment plants, and pumping stations—while also providing consulting services aimed at reducing their impact on both the local and global environments.
Certified Professional Engineer (Comprehensive Technical Management, Construction, Water and Sewerage, Sanitary Engineering); First-Class Architect; Environmental Measurement Technician; Soil Environment Supervisor; Soil Contamination Survey Technical Manager.
