The Nikken Group recognizes the importance of respecting Private information and ensuring its proper protection and management. Based on this recognition, we will adhere to the following policies, comply with the Act on the Protection of Private Information and other relevant laws and regulations, and strive to protect Private information.

（８）	We will appropriately respond to any inquiries from the individual regarding the information collected at Private, including requests for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, and complaints.
（９）	Private We will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding information. In addition, we have established an internal framework for information protection at Private, which we will review and improve as necessary.
