Masaki Takeda

In 1989, after graduating from the Department of Civil Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, Tokyo Institute of Technology, he joined Nikken Sekkei Civil in 2016.His specialty is open-cut underground structures. Leveraging his design and construction experience at a general contractor in Tokyo, as well as his knowledge of new technologies, he has been engaged in the design of railway facility site development, seismic performance evaluations and reinforcement design for nuclear facilities, and the design and consulting for large-scale expansion projects at major theme parks. In April 2022, he was transferred to Nikken Sekkei following a merger.
Recently, in the context of social infrastructure development associated with urban redevelopment, he has been focusing his efforts on facilitating the smooth execution of projects by serving as a bridge between urban planning, architecture, and civil engineering.
Certified Professional Engineer (General Engineering Construction Administration Department, Construction Division (Tunnels, Soil Mechanics, and Foundations)), First-Class Civil Engineering Construction Management Technician.
