In 1990, after completing his master’s degree at Kobe University, he joined Nikken Sekkei. His specialty is architectural design.
He has participated in numerous healthcare projects serving a wide range of functions—from single-specialty clinics to regional core medical facilities, advanced life support centers, and disaster-response hospitals—and has been committed to creating functional, user-friendly, and comfortable facilities.In recent years, he has also been involved in the design of integrated medical and nursing care facilities that support comprehensive community care, healthcare complexes overseas, and large-scale expansion and renovation projects.
He received the Japan Medical and Welfare Architecture Award for the Tokushima Red Cross Hospital and the Tokyo Metropolitan Tama General Medical Center and Children’s General Medical Center.
