Tetsuya Kimura

After graduating from the Department of Architecture at Nihon University’s College of Science and Technology, he worked at an architectural firm before joining Nikken Housing Systems in 2015. In April 2025, he transferred to Nikken Sekkei following a merger.
His specialty is architectural design. He has been in charge of various projects, primarily focused on multi-family housing, including high-end residential developments, redevelopment projects involving building replacements, and mixed-use developments combining residential and commercial spaces.
Completed projects include “Crest Prime Residence Promenade 5th Avenue” and “Park 5th Avenue.”
He is a First-Class Architect and a member of the Architectural Institute of Japan.
