After completing his master’s degree in architecture at the Graduate School of Engineering, Tokyo Metropolitan University, in 1991, he joined Nikken Sekkei.Since then, I have been responsible for a wide range of projects, including new construction and renovations, as well as large-scale design and small-scale consulting. My guiding principle is to propose solutions that balance energy efficiency and cost reduction—not only by incorporating cutting-edge energy-saving technologies in new construction but also by ensuring that maintenance and renovation projects provide the optimal solution for their time.He provides support for optimizing renovation projects by making full use of BIM and point cloud data. He has participated in numerous projects, including the Meiji Yasuda Life Osaka Building, Otemachi Financial Tower, Shinjuku Station Southwest Exit Development, the energy-saving renovation of Yokoso Rainbow Tower, a series of renovations to the Sumitomo Life Building, and the heat source and CGS renovation of Garden Air Tower.
