Commitment to quality improvement
In November 1997, Nikken Sekkei obtained ISO 9001 certification from the International Organization for Standardization, and has maintained it to this day.
Since obtaining certification, we have been working to continuously improve quality by implementing a design review system and other measures based on an ISO-compliant quality management system (QMS).
Furthermore, as a unique initiative of Nikken Sekkei, we have established an internal awards system for each department, based on aspects such as architectural design, new technologies, urban planning, and the accuracy of design documents, in order to improve the quality awareness of our employees.
