Nikken Sekkei Ranks In as Great Place to Work

In the Best Workplaces in Japan 2016 announced by Great Place to Work® Institute Japan, Nikken Sekkei Ltd. (President and CEO: Tadao Kamei) ranked sixth among the 321 companies with 1,000 employees or more that were surveyed.

This survey defines a “great place to work” as a company where the employees trust the company, the management and managers, have pride in the work they do, and have a sense of solidarity with the other employees. Companies are ranked on a comprehensive evaluation of how the company works for and realizes, and how the employees perceive this environment, based on the essential factors of credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and solidarity.

Nikken Sekkei will continue to make every effort to be a “great place to work,” and will strive to have this contribute to enhancing intellectual productivity and quality.
