Xinyuan-Honey Mart

New Source Holding's Honey Mart complex is located in the center of Shijiazhuang, a major city in China's Hebei Province. The huge commercial space creates a strong landmark overlooking the expansive Chang'an Park and generates a north-south flow of movement, bringing footfall into the main shopping street that runs from east to west. Dynamic, unifying forms connect the high-rise tower and commercial podium, creating a streamlined design with a sense of movement such as might appear in an animation or science-fiction film. The interiors, however, boast bright spaces filled with natural light.
