Activity hubs connecting multi-level public spaces and integrated above-ground and underground development
Brownfield urban developments are characterized by the concentration of media and entertainment companies.
The design creates a sense of direction from the subway station towards the waterfront, forming a rich, multi-level pedestrian space encompassing decks, ground level, and underground areas. A sense of unity as a mediport is fostered through abundant public spaces and a unified system. By establishing guidelines, integrated above-ground and underground development across city blocks is achieved, accommodating different rights holders.
Public spaces are networked through a large, integrated platform encompassing the entire city and four urban cores positioned at the junctions of city blocks. This approach is highly effective as a means of realizing a diverse and desirable urban environment for the future.
