Integrated Development Above and Below Ground with a Core of Activity Linking Three-Dimensional Public Spaces
This brownfield urban development project contains a concentration of media and entertainment companies.
From the subway station, the complex is oriented towards the waterfront, creating a rich, three-dimensional pedestrian space with decks, aboveground and underground passages. The Media Port creates a sense of unity with extensive public spaces and integrated systems and achieves the integrated development of spaces above and below ground across city blocks with the formulation of guidelines for different property rights holders.
Public spaces are used to create networks with four urban centers located at the nodes of terraces and city blocks, allowing the large foundation to encompass the entire city in an integrated manner. This approach is highly effective as a means to achieve diverse and favorable urban environments in the future.
