The north-south layout of this commercial space disrupts the green continuity between Chang’an Park and residential areas. To eliminate this divide, the continuity of the greenery running east to west and the feel of the open air are emphasized with the use of eye levels with a depth that lift the commercial volume up from the ground and draw in the greenery of the park, and a rooftop terrace that opens up towards the sky, giving visitors a sense of greenery, light and wind.
