The building blocks move in response to events
A mixed-use complex consisting of a venue used for music, sports, and exhibitions, as well as commercial spaces that bring vibrancy to the city. By moving architectural blocks (moving blocks) 70 meters horizontally, the space can be transformed from an arena with approximately 22,500 seats to a stadium with approximately 37,000 seats, making it a facility capable of accommodating a wide range of uses.
