Gen Masuda

In 2005, after completing the Graduate School of Engineering at Musashi Institute of Technology, I joined Nikken Housing Systems. Following a corporate merger, I became part of the Housing Systems Division at Nikken Sekkei. My specialty is architectural design.At Nikken Housing Systems, he worked on high-end apartment complexes such as “Prime Maison Gotenyama” and “Geo Ichigaya Harikata-cho,” senior living facilities including “Granda Gakugei-daigaku,” “Aria Yoyogi-Uehara,” and “Sonare Meguro Fudomae,” as well as corporate dormitories like “Hulic Garden Tsudanuma”“Itochu Corporation Hiyoshi Dormitory,” and the housing complex redevelopment project “Sakurajosui Gardens,” among others, gaining experience across a wide range of projects centered on “housing.” Since 2015, he has been working on the residential buildings for the large-scale redevelopment project “Toranomon-Azabudai District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project.” He is a First-Class Architect.
