Hiroki Okano

After completing his graduate studies at Doshisha University in 2000, he joined Nikken Sekkei. As an electrical engineer in the Facilities Design Group, he worked on the design of new construction and renovations across a wide range of sectors, including large-scale mixed-use buildings, research facilities, broadcasting facilities, educational institutions, financial institutions, data centers, and energy centers.He was responsible for projects such as the Meiji Innovation Center, the Toyosu Energy Center, and the NHK Sapporo Broadcasting Station. He places great importance on dialogue with clients and strives to design systems that prioritize safety and security, as well as business continuity planning (BCP).
He is a Certified Building Services Engineer and a member of the Japan Association of Building Services Engineers and the Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan.
