In 1990, after completing his graduate studies at the Waseda University, he joined Nikken Sekkei. Since then, he has been involved in the design of environmental systems throughout Japan, from Hokkaido in the north to Okinawa in the south.He has received awards for mechanical and electrical systems in projects such as the “Semboku City Tazawako Hospital,” the “Okinawa Prefectural Nanbu Medical Center and Children’s Medical Center,” “Hotel Orion Motobu Resort & Spa,” “COOP Kyosai Plaza,” and the “Okinawa Cellular Forest Building,” and he makes it a principle of his design practice to constantly take on the challenge of new ideas.In 2020, he earned a Ph.D. in Architecture with a dissertation on TABS (Thermo Active Building System). Through his hobby of triathlon, he cultivates not only physical strength but also mental resilience, and his motto is “Anything is possible!”
