Halekulani Okinawa

This project is the first overseas development by Halekulani, a long-established Hawaii luxury hotel. Surrounded on three sides by beautiful ocean, the layout takes full advantage of the vast, undulating site, expressing the philosophy of the historic hotel, both inside and out. Three water surfaces are positioned on an axis to the ocean: a tranquil water basin that extends from the beachfront entrance lobby, the hotel's iconic Orchid Pool, and the Quiet Pool (for ages 16 and older), providing an impressive "arrival experience" with multiple water surfaces. This area is interspersed with an all-day dining terrace for entertainment, a kiddie pool, and other amenities in a relaxing Halekulani-like landscape.
