Kazutaka Horii

In 1988, he completed his graduate studies in architecture at the Graduate School of Engineering, Kyoto University, and joined Nikken Sekkei. Since then, he has been responsible for a wide range of consulting services, including large-scale urban development projects, urban planning, PFI consulting, CRE consulting, workplace consulting, and LCD consulting.He has served as a director at Nikken Sekkei Management Solutions and Nikken Space Design, both part of the Nikken Group. He has been in the Corporate Planning Division (Director) since 2015 and has held his current position since 2022. He is a First-Class Architect and a Certified Professional Engineer (Urban and Regional Planning).
