Kazutaka Horii

Kazutaka Horii joined Nikken Sekkei in 1988 after completing studies at Kyoto University's Graduate School of Engineering, Department of Architecture. He has since been involved in large-scale urban development and urban planning projects and various consulting services for PFI, CRE, workplace and LCD projects. Formerly, he has served as director of Nikken Sekkei Management Solutions and Nikken Space Design. Mr. Horii became general manager at the Corporate Planning Department in 2015. He has served in his current position since 2022. He is a registered first-class architect and a Professional Engineer (Urban and Regional Planning).
