Kenji Hisazome

After completing the Master’s program in Architecture at the Graduate School of Engineering, Chiba University, he worked at an urban planning and project consulting firm before joining Nikken Housing Systems in 2013. In 2025, he transferred to Nikken Sekkei following a merger.
His specialty is consulting on redevelopment and building replacement projects. To date, he has been involved in several condominium replacement and redevelopment projects. Currently, he is responsible for formulating project plans—including those for the initial stages—and providing consulting services. He is a Redevelopment Planner, an URCA Condominium Replacement Advisor, a full member of the Redevelopment Coordinators Association (Private), and a full member of the Japanese Society of Urban Planning.
