Kenji Nagai

Since joining the company in 1991, I have been in charge of urban regeneration projects, such as statutory redevelopment projects and condominium reconstruction projects. My work has focused primarily on projects within Tokyo, including redevelopment projects in the Koraku 2-chome West District, Akasaka 9-chome North District, and Nishi-Shinagawa 1-chome District, as well as the Sakurajōsui Housing Complex condominium reconstruction project. From the initial planning and conceptualization stages through urban planning, business planning, and rights conversion planning, and on to the start of construction, completion of the building, and project completion, I provide comprehensive support at every stage—from planning and handling statutory procedures to building consensus among stakeholders.
