Kotaro Sashida

Kotaro Sashida joined Nikken Sekkei in 1982. Since then, he has designed many projects over a diverse range of fields, from offices, banks, and large-scale, mixed-used facilities to retail, research, educational, and sports facilities. He has served as an executive officer since 2007. His posts have included Osaka office representative, and head of the Architectural Design, Construction Administration, Client Relations, and Quality Management departments. He has been in his current position since 2024. He is a registered first-class architect, a registered architect with The JIA (Japan Institute of Architects), and has been serving as JIA Chairman since 2021.
