In 1999, after completing his master’s degree at the University of Tokyo, he joined Nikken Sekkei. His specialty is architectural design.
He has been responsible for a wide range of architectural design projects both in Japan and abroad. Major projects include the University of Tokyo Integrated Research Building for Science (2005), Shanghai Bund CITIC Plaza (2010), the Otsuka Corporation Yokohama Building (2011), the Fusheng Qianlong Plaza (2016), the Ningbo International Trade Expo Center (2019), Shanghai Vanke Sky City (2022),Hokuriku Electric Power/Ureshas Komatsu (2025), among others. He is also engaged in knowledge-sharing activities in China.
Recipient of awards including the Japan Institute of Architects’ Selection of Outstanding Architecture, the Architectural Institute of Japan’s Selected Works Collection, and the Architectural Creation Award from the Chinese Society of Architecture. First-Class Architect. Part-time lecturer at Nihon University.
