After graduating from the Graduate School of Tokyo Metropolitan University (formerly the Graduate School of Tokyo Metropolitan University) in 2007, he joined Nikken Sekkei. His specialty is architectural design.
Guided by the motto “All design is born from dialogue,” he places the highest priority on communication with clients, deciphering the underlying psychology behind their words as he works with them to bring their visions to life. The Awa Bank, Ltd. He has been in charge of projects such as the Main Branch, Onomichi City Main Office Building, Hamamatsu Iwata Shinkin Bank Headquarters and Main Branch, and the Midosuji Daibiru, and has received awards including the Japan Federation of Architects & Building Engineers (JFABE) Architecture Award (Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Award) and the Architectural Institute of Japan (AIJ) Newcomer Award.
In 2023, following a win in an in-house new business idea competition, he launched “Circular Design Collective,” an initiative aimed at realizing “circular architecture” that contributes to solving the challenges of resource depletion and waste disposal.With a mission to eliminate the concept of “waste” from the architecture and civil engineering industries, he pursues circular design—a role only an architect can fulfill—as a practitioner. He is a First-Class Registered Architect and a member of the Architectural Institute of Japan.
