Shoichiro Kawanishi

In 1986, he graduated from the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Science and Technology, Nihon University, and joined Nikken Sekkei in 2007. Since then, he has been responsible for architectural supervision on projects such as super-tall office buildings and integrated station-town developments.
Projects include the Yokohama Mitsui Building, the Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation East Building, and the Shibuya Scramble Square the First Phase (East Tower).
Drawing on over 30 years of on-site experience, he approaches his supervision work with a strong emphasis on the “construction process.”
