Yoshimichi Hatsuki

In 1993, after completing his master’s program at Kagoshima University, he joined Nikken Sekkei. His specialty is architectural design.
Since joining the firm, he has been responsible for the design of a wide range of projects, including offices, hotels, mixed-use complexes such as commercial and convention facilities, libraries, theaters, educational facilities, and railway facilities—both in Japan and overseas. Since 2016, he has been based at the Kyushu Office, where he is engaged in a wide range of activities—from architectural design to urban planning—primarily focusing on standalone and mixed-use facilities in Japan.He has received the Japan Institute of Architects’ Award for Excellence in Architecture, was featured in the Architectural Institute of Japan’s Selected Works Collection, and won the Nikkei New Office Award. He is a First-Class Architect and a member of the Japan Institute of Architects and the Architectural Institute of Japan.
