In 2007, after completing his master’s degree in architecture at the Tokyo Institute of Technology, he joined Nikken Sekkei. His specialty is structural design. Since joining the firm, he has been responsible for the structural design of office buildings, school facilities, medical facilities, and government buildings. He has been involved in the design of buildings featuring various types of vibration-damping and base-isolated structures. Major projects include the “Tohoku Medical and Pharmaceutical University—Faculty of Medicine Education and Research Building / New University Hospital Building,” the “Gifu Prefectural Government Building,” the “Kojimachi Kosa Building,” and the “Yaesu Dai Building.” He approaches his design work every day with the goal of proposing structural plans that bring the clients’ visions to life. He is a First-Class Architect and a First-Class Architect specializing in Structural Design.
