Koichi Hashimoto

Graduated from the Department of Architecture at Kogakuin University in 1993. After working at several architecture-related companies, joined Nikken Sekkei in 2009. Specializes in construction costs.
He has participated in numerous projects, ranging from public buildings—such as government offices, medical facilities, educational institutions, gymnasiums, and markets—to private-sector projects including offices, lodging facilities, financial institutions, manufacturing facilities, and large-scale redevelopment projects.
He analyzes Nikken Sekkei’s extensive database and construction market conditions, and supports decision-making through dialogue with clients. He approaches his work with the goal of optimizing projects from a cost management perspective.
