In 1994, after completing his graduate studies at the Graduate School of Science and Engineering at Waseda University, he joined Nikken Sekkei. Since then, primarily in Japan, he has gained experience in administrative planning for local governments, coordinating joint ventures, and consulting on urban planning proposals through public-private partnership urban development projects utilizing national and public land.Notable projects include Tokyo Midtown, msb Tamachi, and Ariake Garden.Recently, leveraging planning expertise that incorporates the interests of diverse stakeholders and formulates concepts ranging from the urban to the architectural scale, he has been involved in station-area integrated development (TOD) projects in the Shinagawa, Tamachi, and Roppongi areas, as well as projects to revitalize the historical and cultural heritage of Tokyo. He is a First-Class Architect.
