Mitsui & Co. Headquarters (Workplace)

For the Mitsui & Co. Headquarters Building Reconstruction Project, we began by asking, “In an era where people can work anytime, anywhere, what role does the headquarters play?” Through employee interviews and workshops, we developed the concept for the new headquarters and designed the workplace. Centered on “CAMP”—a space designed to foster intellectual synergy—we created a spatial layout that supports activities such as interaction, collaboration, and concentration. Furthermore, by providing consistent direction for everything from furniture and signage to the UI of the location app, we connected the corporate vision, employee behavior, and user experience, thereby realizing a headquarters workplace that supports the creation of new value.
