In 2003, he completed his master’s degree at the Graduate School of Engineering, Kyoto University, and joined Nikken Sekkei. His specialty is architectural design.He has worked on a wide range of building types and possesses particular expertise and a proven track record in large-scale mixed-use projects and broadcasting facilities. His design philosophy is to translate the specific needs of each client and user into architectural value, creating buildings that deliver high levels of satisfaction and will be cherished for generations.
Notable projects include “Kibōru,” “Shibuya Hikarie,” “Tateyama Recreation Center,” “TV Tokyo New Headquarters,” “NHK Sapporo Regional Broadcasting Station,” and “NHK Hall (Renovation).”He has received awards including the Architectural Institute of Japan (AIJ) New Architect Award, selection for the AIJ Works Collection, the Chiba Prefecture Architectural Culture Award (Grand Prize), and the Good Design Award. He is a First-Class Architect.
